Tournament Details
The Marinelli Cup was created by St. John's Prep alumni to bring together former classmates, teammates, and friends from every generation of SJP athletics for a day of golf, camaraderie, and giving back.
What began as the All-Decades Crossover has grown into an annual tradition celebrating the strength of the Prep athletic community while supporting causes that matter to alumni and student-athletes alike. Through our first two tournaments, we raised more than $2,500 for charitable organizations and St. John's Prep Athletics.
In 2026, we proudly rename the event the Marinelli Cup in honor of Bob Marinelli, a beloved member of the St. John's Prep community whose impact touched generations of students, athletes, coaches, and alumni. Through this tournament, we hope to continue his spirit of connection, service, and dedication to Prep Athletics.
We invite you to join us on September 21, 2026, at Far Corners Golf Course. Register as a single, twosome, threesome, or foursome and help us celebrate the Prep community while supporting a great cause.
The Mission
Registration Includes: greens fees with cart, barbecue lunch, contests and prizes as well as a small donation to St. Johns Prep Athletics.
